I highly recommend Willie Hill and his company, Hill’s Total Services. I initially chose his company after finding favorable recommendations for him online in a local business directory on Facebook. Needless to say, he lived up to the reputation that others posted about. He initially conducted an inspection on my system after I noticed electric bills that tripled my normal monthly amount. From the first phone call to schedule the system inspection to the first meeting where he took the time to explain what he was doing during the inspection, the service was top notch. He even pointed out things the previous “maintenance” company should have been reviewing/addressing during their yearly inspections/servicing. When the news came that one of my units would have to be replaced, he worked with me, provided a very reasonable and affordable estimate, and even offered information on financing if I needed it. Today, I had one unit and a handler replaced and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He and his team were extremely knowledgeable and professional.
